Yes. Every piece at Auravéa Artelier is handcrafted after an order is placed. We do not mass produce. This ensures exclusivity, quality, and attention to every detail.
2. How long does it take to receive my furniture?
Production takes 4–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and material sourcing. Once ready, delivery typically takes 10 business days across India.
3. Do you ship internationally?
For international orders, please email us at hello@auraveaartelier.com for a personalised shipping quote and logistics coordination.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as every piece is custom-built. Please read all product details and measure your space carefully before ordering.
5. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a partial refund or discount, depending on the severity of the damage.
6. Do you offer customisation?

7. Will the product look exactly like the photo?
We work with natural materials and artisan techniques, so slight variations in grain, colour, and texture are normal. These are not defects, they’re part of the charm of handcrafted luxury.
8. What materials do you use?
We use premium Indian hardwoods, natural fabrics, and sustainable finishes wherever possible. Material specs are mentioned on each product page.
9. How do I take care of my furniture?
Each product comes with care instructions. We recommend wiping with a soft cloth, avoiding harsh cleaners, and keeping it away from direct sunlight or moisture-heavy areas.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After that, production begins and we cannot offer cancellations, as materials are procured specifically for your order.
