Shipping Zones: We currently ship PAN India. For international orders, please email us for a custom  shipping quote.  

• Shipping Charges: Calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Charges are displayed during  checkout or discussed via email for custom orders.  

• Packaging: All items are securely packed with protective materials. Fragile tags and care instructions  are affixed for safe handling.  

• Delivery Timeline: Once your piece is crafted, we will dispatch it via our trusted logistics partners.  Shipping usually takes 10 business days, can vary depending on location.  

• Delivery Type: Curb-side delivery is standard. For installation or upper-floor delivery, please notify  us at the time of order (additional charges may apply).  

• Packaging: Each piece is carefully packed and tagged as fragile.  

Damage During Transit 

In the rare event of damage during shipping:  

• Report within 48 hours of delivery to hello@auraveaartelier.com 

• Include:  

◦ Clear photos of the damaged product.  

◦ Photos of packaging (especially external damage).  

◦ Order number and short description of issue.
