7. Shipping, Delivery, and Damage

• We ship PAN India and internationally upon request.
• Delivery timelines may vary but typically occur within 10 business days after production.
• Standard delivery is curbside unless otherwise agreed.
• Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details sent to hello@auraveaartelier.com.

Resolution Policy:

• Partial refund or discount may be offered based on the nature and extent of the damage.
• Full replacements are not offered by default.
• All damage claims are subject to final review and decision by Auravea Artelier.
