Return and Refund Policy

Resolution Policy

We do not offer full replacements by default.  

  • A partial refund or discount will be offered based on the extent and nature of the damage.

  • All decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Auravéa Artelier after review of evidence.

  • This policy applies only to damages occurring during shipping.  

Returns & Exchanges

We maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, as every piece is custom-made and tailored for each  client. Returns will not be accepted for: 

  • Change of mind  

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.  

  • Minor finish, texture, or tonal variations.  

  • Fit/access issues at the delivery location.  

Refund Policy 

Refunds are only applicable in rare damage-related cases (see above) and:  

  • Will be processed within 7–10 business days after resolution is confirmed.  

  • Will be made via the original payment method.

  • Advance booking or production payments are non-refundable
