We do not offer full replacements by default.

A partial refund or discount will be offered based on the extent and nature of the damage.

All decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Auravéa Artelier after review of evidence.

This policy applies only to damages occurring during shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, as every piece is custom-made and tailored for each client. Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Minor finish, texture, or tonal variations.

Fit/access issues at the delivery location.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in rare damage-related cases (see above) and:

Will be processed within 7–10 business days after resolution is confirmed.

Will be made via the original payment method.

Advance booking or production payments are non-refundable
